Information you provide: When you register, book a session, join the waitlist, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and any information you share in forms such as session intentions.
Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details. We receive transaction confirmation details from PayPal (transaction ID, amount, payer email).
Automatically collected: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for performance and security purposes.
We use your information to: provide access to courses and sessions you've purchased; send confirmation emails and session reminders; respond to your questions and messages; improve our services; and communicate about new programs or cohort openings (only if you've opted in via the waitlist).
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) with industry-standard encryption. Our website is hosted on Vercel. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Firebase (Google) — authentication and data storage
PayPal — payment processing
Resend — transactional emails
Vercel — website hosting
Zoom — live sessions

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
